Circulating Love - 4 Week Program
Circulating Love is a four-week Taoist cultivation journey for couples and committed individuals who feel called to deepen their relationship with vitality, intimacy, and inner balance. Open to partners attending together and to those walking a solo path, this inclusive program honors that sexual energy is a powerful life force available to all of us. Whether shared with a beloved or cultivated within yourself, this work supports deeper presence, resilience, and connection in every area of life.
This fully clothed, consent-based experience weaves modern nervous system science with classical Taoist inner and sexual alchemy inspired by the teachings of Mantak Chia. Through breathwork, movement, ritual, and practical daily-life applications, you will learn how to regulate your system first because safety opens the body. From that foundation, we explore how to preserve and circulate Jing, transforming sexual energy into a renewable source of health, clarity, and longevity.
Over four progressive weeks, we work consciously with both masculine and feminine currents within the body. Teachings include specific practices for people with male sexual organs and people with female sexual organs, honoring the unique physiology of each while recognizing that both polarities live within everyone. Couples cultivate shared circulation and polarity together, while individuals learn to generate and harmonize these energies internally as a powerful foundation for future or existing partnership.
This program is how to leak less and circulate more, of how love tended daily becomes vitality. You will leave with embodied rituals, grounded practices, and a deeper relationship with your own life force, and, if applicable, with the one you love.
4 consecutive Sunday’s March 8, 15, 22, 29 from 2-5pm at Studio Sacred 108 W 33rd St, Garden City.
What to Expect-
Week One establishes the container for the entire program. Couples are guided through the foundations of nervous system regulation, breath, and energetic circulation, creating a shared sense of safety and presence. You’ll learn how modern stress patterns impact intimacy and how Taoist cultivation views sexual energy as a source of health rather than depletion.
Practices focus on grounding, individual awareness, and gentle partner exercises designed to build trust and embodied connection. This week emphasizes slowing down, establishing shared agreements, and learning why regulation and solo cultivation are essential before deeper partner intimacy can unfold.
-
Week Two centers on building and preserving vitality. Couples explore how stored life energy (jing) is influenced by lifestyle, movement, rest, and sexual habits, and how the body itself functions as the vessel for circulation and connection.
Practices support pelvic health, spinal flow, strength, and hormonal balance through Qi Gong, breath, sound, and simple physical conditioning. This week helps couples shift from depletion to nourishment, while introducing rituals and home practices that stabilize energy and support long-term vitality together.
-
Week Three focuses on restoring attraction, magnetism, and emotional safety through conscious polarity and regulated arousal. Couples learn how masculine and feminine energies function as nervous system states that exist within everyone, and how stress can collapse polarity in modern relationships.
Through breath, movement, and partnered practices, couples begin learning how to circulate energy together while staying grounded in their own bodies. Communication, consent, and honoring both partners’ rhythms are emphasized as intimacy becomes more intentional, connected, and easeful.
-
Week Four is about integration and sustainability. Couples learn how to turn what they’ve practiced into a living relationship culture, where intimacy becomes a nourishing ritual rather than a performance or goal.
The final session weaves breath, movement, sound, and presence into integrated partner practices, followed by a closing ritual and reflection. Couples leave with clear tools, shared rituals, and a vision for continuing cultivation together beyond the program.
